change the number after hud_color_index to whatever color it represents.
The colors go as following:

2 = Light Green
3 = Pale blue

9 = Blue
10 = Black
11 = Black
12 = Light Green
13 = Mid green

change the number to whatever color you want and save it. x out and have fun
